Psicólogo, realizador audiovisual y cineasta autodidacta. Fundador y productor del Festival de Cine Internacional AricaDoc, con exhibiciones gratuitas de Cine Documental en el norte de Chile y con el cual mantienen experiencias de talleres comunitarios de creación cinematográfica colaborativa, donde las mismas comunidades cuentan sus historias a través del cine documental. Directivo de la Asociación de Televisión Comunitaria de Chile del 2015 al 2020 y fundador del canal Comunitario Challa TV en Arica, Chile (2012).
Psychologist, audiovisual producer and self-taught filmmaker. Founder and producer of the AricaDoc International Film Festival, with free exhibitions of Documentary Film in the north of Chile and with which he maintains experiences of community collaborative film creation workshops, where the same communities tell their stories through documentary film. Director of the Chilean Community Television Association from 2015 to 2020 and founder of the Community channel Challa TV in Arica, Chile (2012).

Xun Pérez, musician and documentary filmmaker Tsotsil, has created an artistic and cultural mix of the worlds in which he travels, his music sung in his first language, Tsotsil, takes musical influences from the traditional sounds of his land and elements foreigners like rock. In his work as a filmmaker, this mixture can also be evidenced, by portraying his community. His micro documentary "Nichimal Son" (Music that flourishes), has been part of important film festivals in the United States, such as the Virginia Film Festival. His feature film “Vaychiletik” (Dreams) will soon be released.
